Rental Process
Step 1: Select Your Items
- Choose Your Items:
- Browse and click on the items you wish to rent for your event.
- Click the heart💛 button for each item, to add to “wishlist”.
- Click the item for more information about the the product.
Step 2: Review and Adjust Wishlist
- View Your Wishlist:
- Ensure all necessary items are included.
- Add or remove items as needed.
Step 3: Submit Your Order Request

Provide Event Information:
- Fill out required details such as event date, location, and delivery preferences.
- Include any special instructions or requests related to delivery and pickup in the “notes section” such as:
- Navigating stairs or elevators
- Pathways beyond 100 feet from the delivery truck
- Narrow pathways
- Hills
- Access through the garage door to the backyard
- Events on upper floors

Submit Request:
- Submit your order request.
Step 4: Receive and Review Order Confirmation
- Order Review:
- Our team will review your request and confirm your order.
- You will receive an email confirmation with order details.
Step 5: Make Payment
- Payment Instructions:
- Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to complete your payment.
Step 6: Final Confirmation
- Order Confirmation:
- Once payment is confirmed, receive final confirmation and delivery, setup, and pickup instructions.
Step 7: Delivery and Event Day

Standard Rental Duration:
- Our standard rental period is 3 days. For example, if your event is on a Saturday:
- Delivery: Items will be delivered on Friday.
- Event Day: Items will be available for your use on Saturday.
- Pickup: Items will be picked up on Monday, depending on your preference and our schedule.
- FYI: By default, we will automatically apply the “3-day rental” based on the dates you’ve provided in the quote. If you want us to deliver and pick-up on the exact dates you’ve specified in the quote, please let us know in the “note section” when you check out.
- Our standard rental period is 3 days. For example, if your event is on a Saturday:

Delivery Timeframes:
- Standard Delivery Times: We offer delivery time frames in the morning (6 am-11 am) and afternoon (1 pm-5 pm), based on availability.
- Specific Time Requests: If you require a specific delivery time, a flat fee of $30 per trip, in addition to the mileage cost, is charged. This option is limited and available for “drop-off/pick-up” rentals only.

Residential Deliveries:
- Ensure a garage or covered area close to the truck access point for drop-off.
- Notify us of any obstacles or stairs to avoid additional fees.

Commercial Deliveries:
- The drop-off location should be on the ground floor, easily accessible, with no steps or hindrances.
- Please inform us of any special considerations or requirements related to the delivery location in advance.

Obstacle Notification:
- Any obstacles or special instructions noted during the request process should be discussed with us prior to delivery.
- If we encounter unexpected obstacles during delivery or pickup that were not previously discussed (e.g., stairs, hills, narrow pathways, elevators, second-floor events), an additional fee plus an inconvenience fee will be billed.
